Thanks for being a member of Tucson Strength this page lays out our cancelations policies, and other terms and conditions of our memberships. Please follow the instructions based on what you are looking to do. On this page you can download the forms to cancel your membership. Please make sure to understand which options is best for you in your situation.
CANCELLATION ALTERNATIVES
Before cancelling your membership, consider these options.
- You can suspend your open gym membership for 90 consecutive days for a nominal $25 fee ($50 for group training memberships). Download the Suspend Membership Form here. Complete the form and submit via email to customerservice@tucsonstrength.com or bring it to the gym. Get a copy as your receipt.
- If you are in a group training membership we can also switch your membership to an open access membership. You can still have access to our facility without the classes at a lower price. Download the Membership Transfer Request form here. A 30 day notice may apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY: PLEASE READ
Please note we strictly enforce a 30-day notice to cancel. This means the notice to cancel must be delivered to us 30 days prior to your billing date with no grace period. If your billing date is the 5th of the month, you must have your cancellation to us no later than the 5th of this month (your current billing date) so you won’t be billed on the 5th of the next month. This is clearly written in our membership agreement and each member must sign and initial this policy. Your membership will be valid for the 30 days after your last payment. If you cancel after that date, no refunds will be given for past dues charged.
If you are currently in a contract with us, you must finish your commitment and we will not cancel your agreement until it is complete. If you have questions regarding the terms of your membership or special circumstances, please contact us.
All cancellation forms must be submitted through EMAIL. We do NOT accept cancellations over the phone or at the gym. Please submit the form online to customerservice@tucsonstrength.com
- YOU MUST DOWNLOAD AND FILL OUT THE CANCELLATION FORM, SIGN AND DATE IT AND SCAN IT OR SEND A PICTURE BACK TO US.
- IF YOU NEED TO KNOW YOUR NEXT BILL DATE OR IF YOU ARE STILL IN CONTRACT, PLEASE CALL US.
- ALSO VERY IMPORTANT!! IF YOU CANCEL VIA EMAIL AND DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITHIN 72 HOURS, WE DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR CANCELLATION. IT IS UP TO YOU TO MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL WAS RECEIVED. CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 520-649-4790.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH CANCELLATION POLICIES
We are very clear and transparent with our membership cancellation policies from the moment you sign up with us. Please respect the agreement that you signed. If you choose to just cancel your credit card on file or other methods of payment to avoid the 30-day policy or the remainder of your active contract we will transfer your file to a 3rd party collections agency.

Workshop Cancellation Policy
ALL cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
Cancel 14 days or more before the workshop start date: we will refund the full purchase price (less the 30% fee) or you can receive full credit towards other services offered at Tucson Strength.
Cancel between 14 days and 48 hours before the workshop start date: we will not issue a refund but we will give you credit (less the 30% fee) toward any services offered to be used within 6 months of the workshop start date.
Cancel within 48 hours of the workshop start date: we will not issue any refund or credit.
Workshops or events offered by third parties hosted at Tucson Strength are subject to that organization’s cancellation policy.
