6 Week GROUP Training Program

We have designed this program to be a journey in strength, with a focus on teaching you how to become strong, healthy, and conditioned. This program is NOT like the Group Training Studios popping up on every corner. We will actually teach you how to train, not just throw you in to high intensity exercise without ant instruction.

  • Are you afraid of training and injuring yourself?
  • Have you trained in the past and not realized any long term results?

Our Program Will:

  • Integrate you into a group training program
  • Offer you excellent coaching and training
  • Modify any exercises that don’t work for you
  • Give you access to daily online nutrition lessons
  • Give you accountability and assistance in sticking to the program
  • Offer you flexibility in scheduling classes that work for your time and goals
  • Provide you full access to all of our mobility, conditioning, and strength training classes (excluding Barbell Club and Strength Club) as well as open gym

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Find Your Strength kicks off on Saturday April 5 at 10:30am. You’ll learn all the details of the program and discuss your goals with knowledgeable coaches who will help you choose which classes and times best fit your goals and schedule. Your coaches will show you how to safely and effectively perform the basic movements you’ll need for classes, such as squat patterning, hinge patterning, bracing and breathing, the kettlebell swing, and the fundamental push/pull moves.

The second introductory session will be held on Tuesday February 8 at 5:30pm. We’ll answer any questions that come up and explore movements we didn’t get to cover on Saturday.

After attending both sessions you will have full access to our group training schedule as well as open gym membership.Ā 

PROGRAM IS CAPPED AT 12 Participants. Register before it sells out!

* Each introductory session runs 60-90 minutes; most classes on the schedule are 45 minutes.
